Jurgen Klopp is looking to make Sassuolo forward Domenico Berardi his first Liverpool signing, reports the Daily Star.
Klopp is thought to be a huge admirer of the 21-year-old forward who, according to Italian publication Calciomercato, he tried to sign him during his tenure at Borussia Dortmund.
Berardi is no longer co-owned by Sassuolo and Juventus, but does have a buyback clause in his contract that could see him return to Turin.
